DIG CAMP helps teens build data skills in the context of locally relevant geosciences experiences with the support of undergraduate mentors.

From 2022 through 2024, 34 teens from the Pajaro Valley Unified School District (primarily Latine and first generation to college) participated in DIG CAMP: Data in Geosciences Collaboration and Mentoring Program.

DIG CAMP was a collaboration between The Lawrence Hall of Science at University of California Berkeley, University of California, Santa Cruz, and Pajaro Valley Unified School District.

DIG CAMP is funded by the National Science Foundation as an NSF ICER GEOPAths: IN project (award # 2119547) and supplemented by KADF funds (NSF award # 2119822).
